Tina is extremely personal, honest, and totally represents your best interest. She frankly gave us solid input on needed upgrades that would be captured in sales price and expand interest of potential buyers. Tina also had a contractor we could use at an unbelievable price, trust me we got multiple bids from other contractors and their price and time frame was not even close. Tina also helped us in the negotiations by advising us about the current market to help us realize what we felt was a very healthy sale price. We had 21 showings while it was actually only on the active market 12 days. We were extremely happy with how everything went and highly recommend Leon and Tina, they are the best.
