What can I say??? We signed with Tina on a Friday, Leon was there on the following Saturday to take pictures. Our home was posted on the web later that day on Saturday, or sometime Sunday. We had 4 or 5 showings by Wednesday, and a binding contract by Friday. One week from the listing date, we had a contract. Impressive, to say the least. Tina and her team answered our questions in a professional, courteous manner. Tina’s calm demeanor and reassuring manner helped me to stay focused through the entire process. Our home was sold above our asking price, there were very competitive offers on our home, within one week.
