With a google search, I luckily picked Leon & Tina to help us find a home in the area as we were transferring from Minnesota. We flew down on a Saturday to view several homes that Tina had lined up that fit our criteria. We spent the WHOLE day looking at houses, but none seemed ‘quite right’…….. we had to fly back to Minnesota disappointed, but Tina was on the case! Tina had a clear picture of what we were looking for and continued searching for us, and a few days later she called with so much excitement in her voice saying SHE FOUND IT! She took many pictures of the property and emailed them to us right away. She was right ~ it was our dream home! We made an offer – sight unseen! This review would be pages long if I went into everything Tina did (put up with my emails about weather, the area, etc etc etc 🙂
They took care of EVERYTHING! The closing was a breeze, all details were done – Leon & Tina are very thorough and their experience shows through. When 3 short years later, we had to return to Minnesota, Leon & Tina helped us in the sale of our home.
Tina and Leon’s morals, character and loving nature are evident in all they do – we feel very grateful to have found them as our Realtors, and also to call them our friends.
